Infrared WETT Residential Commercial

A Certified Home Inspector working for you
Welcome to Apple Home Inspections my name is Mark Nicholet, a proud member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. My web page may not answer all your questions so I encourage you to give me a call at (250) 650-1314 or email me

 Have me call you.

I know buying a new home is the biggest investment you'll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. The home you have selected may appear to be just what you are looking for, how can you be sure there aren't serious unknown defects which can make your investment very costly. Having your new home professionally inspected by a Residential Home Inspector can save you thousands of dollars.

I strongly encourage my clients to accompany the home inspection process. You should feel free to ask any questions you may have during the home inspection. I will point out problems and explain them to you. I will also show you the good points of the home. Plus, I will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it.

I generate easy-to-read comprehensive inspection reports. Everything identified during the home inspection will be included in the report with narrative descriptions, pictures and diagrams. Using the information in the home inspection report, you will be able to make an informed decision.
